When you work as much as I do and aren’t home long enough to make a meal the first thing that you end up eating is junk food or take a ways.
To be honest it gets to a point where you just can’t take it anymore.
This week I decided to see if I could use the limited resources available at the studio to create a gourmet meal and it was a great success.
Here is what you are going to need:

A fillet of salmon

2-3 Slices of Lemon

Seasoning of your choice (I used a honey mustard sauce)

Salt and pepper to taste

Microwave dish with lid or microwave safe cling wrap
Method

Place your salmon in your microwave dish skin down.

Season with salt and pepper as well as your desired seasoning.

Place the lemon slices on to of your fillet.

Microwave your salmon for 3min.

Check if the fillet is done to your liking if not cook for another 30-40sec
Just like that you are done.
